Manchester – Nuclear Energy – Pros, Cons, Challenges and Opportunities
For our October meeting we are excited to welcome Professor Adrian Bull who will talk to us about the contribution of nuclear energy to Britain’s electricity mix, how that might change in the future and some of the barriers and opportunities associated with nuclear power in all its forms.
Whether or not you believe that there is a climate emergency, there is an increasing consensus that the only route to both reliable and carbon free energy is via nuclear power.
