Free Thinkers Nottingham is a group of open-minded people who meet once monthly in a city centre location, usually 1pm-3pm Saturday at the Hop Merchant, 64-68 Upper Parliament Street Nottingham NG1 2AG.

We have successfully managed this group since summer 2022 and it has grown exponentially in both stature and members. We encourage members of the group to actively participate in discussions and debates. We invite speakers to come along, usually experts in their field, and we also allow members to lead their own session on a subject matter of which they are well versed.

Popular topics for debate have included politics, climate change, demographic change, the paranormal, holistic health, nutrition, Artificial Intelligence, scientific developments and much more.

Discussions are always followed by cordial socialising, and many of our members retain long term friendships.

We are Free Thinkers, all opinions are welcome, there are no wrong answers but there are certainly plenty of opportunities to change someone’s method of thinking.
